In CNC precision machining, the grinding requirements of non-standard fixture parts pay attention to the following points:
1. The particle size of the abrasive used for grinding should be changed from coarse to fine.
When changing abrasives, the grinding traces of the previous process should be completely removed.
The grinding process should be performed until only the grinding marks are visible.
It is very important to press the needle cannula firmly to prevent "release" from happening.
2. The same abrasive tool can only use abrasives of the same size.
Before changing the size of each abrasive tool, the workpiece must be thoroughly classified to avoid bringing rough abrasives or other contaminants into the next processing step, thereby forming scratches on the abrasive surface.
3. Each time the particle size changes to the next, the last grinding target should be ground at an angle of 30-45 degrees.
If the wound is deep, not only can one side be grinded, otherwise there will be pits on one side, which need to be repaired thoroughly to remove the pits.
Both simple and non-simple grinding stations require even grinding.
